According to APD, policemans replied to the crash in the 9500 block of the MoPac Expressway around 1:45 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 9.
According to cops, Taylor Courtney, 29, was driving southern when she collapsed right into a concrete mean. She was not putting on a seat belt and was expelled from the automobile, APD claimed.
