AUSTIN (KXAN) — The Travis County Sheriff’s Office launched particulars on its largest meth seizure in over 20 years, following the indictment of the one that was chargeable for it, based on a launch from TCSO.
In August, the TCSO Vice Unit recieved details about alleged large-scale drug trafficking actions by Juan Jose Cardenas-Flores and commenced investigating, based on the discharge.
During the investigation, Cardenas-Flores was linked to a theft that was being investigated by the Austin Police Department. TCSO Vice investigators and APD theft detectives, together with the Drug Enforcement Administration Task Force, developed sufficient data to difficulty a theft arrest warrant and search warrant, which have been executed on Oct. 5.
