TASHKENT, Uzbekistan, August 27. The prepare for
pumping Russian oil with Kazakhstan to Uzbekistan in 2023 has
been lowered by 70,000 loads, Trend records.
It was initially planned that Tashkent would certainly obtain 250,000
lots of oil from Russia.
In the very first fifty percent of the existing year, 48,500 lots of Russian
oil were delivered to Uzbekistan. In the 2nd fifty percent of the year,
it is planned to transportation 131,500 lots of oil.
The pumping of Russian oil with the region of Kazakhstan
to Uzbekistan started in 2017. In 2017, the quantity of transportation
amounted to 67,900 loads, in 2018 – 36,000 loads. In 2019-2022, oil
transportation was not executed.
In December 2022, the Ministry of Energy of Uzbekistan concurred
with the Ministry of Energy of Kazakhstan on the transportation of Russian
oil in 2023. Deputy Prime Minister of Uzbekistan Jamshid Khodjaev
as well as head of Rosneft Igor Sechin went over the opportunity of
raising the supply of oil items to the republic as component
of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum this summertime.
Earlier it was reported that Uzbekneftegaz as well as Petronas
Charigali (Turkmenistan) will certainly prepare a program for the supply of
Turkmen oil to Uzbekistan in 2023.
