BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 31. The most important
variety of mortgage agreements have been concluded in Baku, State
Committee on Property Points below the Ministry of Economic system of
Azerbaijan informed Pattern.
A complete of 28,243 mortgage agreements have been concluded in Baku
from January by September 2022, which is 55 % of the
nation’s complete.
In keeping with the state committee, 5,781 agreements have been
concluded within the Absheron Territorial Division No. 4 of the
Public Entity of Authorized Regulation “State Cadastre and Actual Property
Register” of the State Service, 3,493 agreements – in Sumgayit
Territorial Division No. 2, 2,394 agreements – within the Ganja
Territorial Division No. 3 and a pair of,291 agreements in Khachmaz
Territorial Division No. 5.
Furthermore, actual property on the safety was issued most frequently in
the Yevlakh Territorial Division No. 17 and the Shirvan
Territorial Division No. 13.
