HUDSON FALLS, N.Y. (NEWS10)– A Hudson Falls man pleaded guilty to weapon charges in Washington County Court in January. Norman Ramsey plead guilty to third-degree criminal possession of a weapon with previous convictions.
Ramsey admitted to threatening a neighbor while armed with two kitchen knives, repeatedly telling her he would stab and kill her. Police said Ramsey asked to borrow the woman’s phone and became enraged after she asked for the nature of the call.
Ramsey went back to his home and returned to confront her, brandishing the knives. He faces a potential five-year determinate sentence in state prison.
