Donald Trump is not immune from prosecution as a previous head of state: US Court
Washington:

The US Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit stated the insurance claim that Trump was immune from criminal responsibility for activities he took as head of state was “unsupported by precedent, history or the text and structure of the Constitution.”
