JOHNSON CITY, N.Y. (WIVT/WBGH) – Guthrie Lourdes Health and Fitness is the Greater Binghamton Chamber’s Business of the Week.
The 46,000 square foot facility opened in the Oakdale Commons in 2022.
The sales manager, Ronnie Harrington, says there’s a workout for everyone. Whether it be the fitness floor with dozens of equipment, the aquatics center with several different pools, yoga and biking classes, and much more.
The health and fitness center also provides complimentary childcare, so you can have someone watch the kids as you’re working out.
“If you’ve never worked out before, wonderful, we have something for you. If you have worked out before, that’s great, you can get with one of our trainers and you’ll learn something. So, it’s really just a wonderful place to work. I started as a member myself in July of ’23 and I loved it so much, July of ’24 I started working here. So, it’s a great place to be,” said Harrington.
Harrington says when you become a member, you get paired with a personal trainer, who develops a workout plan best suited for your individual goals.
