JOHNSON CITY, N.Y. (WIVT/WBGH) – Johnson City Police introduced Friday the arrest of a Binghamton man for allegedly stealing merchandise from a neighborhood store.
Hamail Waddell, 25, has been accused of strolling into a neighborhood store in late October 2023 and stealing items. The JC Police division responded to a larceny report and recognized Waddell because the suspect, and arrested him on Thursday, November ninth.
This arrest comes simply weeks after Waddell was handcuffed for allegedly being combative and violent towards the waitstaff of the Upper Front Street Denny’s within the Town of Chenango, spitting and punching individuals within the restaurant.
