AMSTERDAM, N.Y. (NEWS10) — The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office announced the arrest of an Amsterdam man following an extensive drug investigation. Raymond Feliciano, 42, was charged with two counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, a class B felony.
A warrant was issued for Feliciano’s arrest after a longstanding investigation into illegal narcotics sales in Montgomery County was conducted by sheriff’s office investigators and the county’s Drug Task Force. Feliciano was taken into custody on August 13.
Feliciano was arraigned at the Town of Amsterdam Court before being released on his own recognizance. He is scheduled to return to court at a later date.
