ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) — An Albany man was sentenced to 20 years to life in jail for capturing and killing one other man in 2015. Jaushi’ir Weaver was sentenced after being convicted of second diploma homicide in September.
Weaver was charged in reference to the capturing dying of Courtney Yates, who was killed close to Lark Street and Sheridan (*20*).
